That’s how many people have attended Ashes and Snow, and exhibition by Gregory Colbert. With more than 50 large-scale photographic artworks, a 60-minute feature film, and two short film “haikus”, it’s no wonder so many people came to take in the beauty of nature and human existence.

    I’ve kept the photo of the child reading to the elephant on my bedside table since Colbert had a show at the Open Shutter in Durango.

  5. I saw this when in LA, the venue which he presents them in is stunning as well. These photos are all very moving.
